Want to experiment with some cool Web sites? Try out the activities below. Complete any four of the challenges by Saturday, March 20th, and you will be entered in to a drawing to win tech gift cards from local businesses. Once you have completed your four challenges, submit them with any links to your work to let us share them on JoCoTeenscene. For every four challenges you complete, your name will be put into the drawing. Go for a blackout, completing all the challenges, and increase your chances of winning.

BitStrips to make your own online comic about whatever you want. Check out their
easy to understand tutorial if you need some help. Share your comic with us in your submission form and we will put it up on JoCoTeenScene!
Make a Motivational PosterBig Huge Labs offers you the opportunity to make your own motivational posters about procrastination, reading or whatever you want. Use your own pictures or find one from
Creative Commons. Just remember to give credit to the artist! Poster your pictures to
Flickr when you are done (hint: this is another challenge on the bingo sheet).
Links to Cure BoredomCreate a list of links using
Delicious, an online bookmark service, of web pages you use to waste time. Don’t forget to tag your links with “jclteentechbingo” so we can find them. Check out this

Review a Book OnlineUse
Good Reads to post a review about a book that you loved or hated (hint: you will need to create an account).
Friend the Library and get entered into a drawing for an extra prize! For tips on how to write a good book review check out this

Face Your Manga to make an illustrated version of yourself. Include a link to you finished avatar in your submission and we will put it up on JoCoTeenScene for everyone to see!

Morph Thing to combine the faces of your favorite celebrities. Register and upload your own photos to combine yourself and your friends with famous people!
Picture Yourself in the LibraryCreate a
flickr account (you can use a Yahoo! Username if you already have one) and post a picture of you at the library and tag it "jclteentechbingo". Once you have an account you can
upload directly from your phone!
YouTube PlaylistUse
YouTube to create a playlist of your favorite videos relating to reading or libraries. You will have to create an account or use your Google account to sign in and make a playlist.Check out this

Make a Video Mashup
Use Animoto to create a video slide show. Use your own pictures, their pictures or choose ones from Creative Commons, just be sure to give credit to the artists. Add music and captions and watch your video come alive! (Note: you will have to register with the site to use this.)
